You will be working one-on-one with a professional bridal stylist who will guide you through the exciting journey of finding the dress! As the bride, you will share all of the information that you have about your wedding day as she gets a full vision of what the day will look like. After showing your stylist inspirational photos behind what you envision yourself wearing, she will then pull dresses that match you and your dream! Throughout the appointment, she will help you process every detail of the dress until you find “the one!”
Yes, here at Kathleen’s Bridal we are appointment-only because we want to give our guests undivided attention during their time with us! By having an appointment, it guarantees that we provide the best service possible. We offer appointments for all needs including bridal, bridesmaids, groomsmen, mother’s, flower girls and accessories!
You can request an appointment through our website, give a call at the store, or DM us on Instagram.
We only request credit card information for bridal appointments, as those are in high-demand and are very valuable. The appointment itself does not cost anything but per our cancellation policy there is a $75 “no show” fee that will be charged if you do not shop up for your appointment. You may cancel 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid paying that fee. Please call the store if you have any further questions.
They are usually between an hour - an hour and a half long.
On average bridal gowns start at $1,200 - $2,500 but we offer options for brides with all budgets. We have a budget collection for brides wanting to stay in the $1,000 range, and also provide bridal designers that can do custom work which will vary in price depending on the customization itself.

We carry sample sizes between 10 - 28 in-store, but we serve brides of all visions!
6 - 8 months depending on the manufacturer of the designer that we have ordered from. We ask that brides prepare for that timeline when shopping for bridal gowns.
All wedding gown sales are final sales, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns on special order items.
We do not do alterations on site, but we refer out to two excellent seamstresses that are local and are loyal to our store. By partnering with them, our brides have secure and safe alteration options to rely on.
That varies on what alterations are being done. Those specifics can be asked when the bride calls our alterations ladies for an appointment request.
It varies on their availability and the bride’s timeline as well, but we recommend that the dress be taken to alterations 2 months prior to the wedding date that way there is plenty of time for the alterations to be done!
Yes we do! We work with a company based out of New York and they do an excellent job.
You would simply bring in your wedding gown to us and we take it from there!
